Community Business Academy Site Monitor

Sunshine Enterprises is seeking site monitors to assist with the Community Business Academy (CBA). The CBA site monitor supports the CBA instructor in executing the CBA cohort. The position executes administrative functions of the Community Business Academy (CBA), including managing attendance, homework submission, registration fee submission; and generally providing quality assurance for the CBA by ensuring effective data tracking. The position executes other administrative functions of operating the CBA as needed, such as passing out handouts, greeting volunteers, and more.

The Government Grant Manager will provide direction and support for pre-award and post-award activities related to government contract proposals and funding.  This includes working with local (City of Chicago), county (Cook County), state (State of Illinois), and federal government contracts.

Credit to Capital Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit to Capital Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects related to workshops and coaching sessions, including coordinating workshop attendance, handling lunch requests, and providing audio/video support for workshops. The Credit to Capital (C2C) program offers assistance to under-resourced entrepreneurs and small business owners on their journeys to securing capital. Through one-on-one guidance and trusted relationships with various lenders, C2C provides technical assistance around issues of personal finance and credit, loan packaging, and business strategy to ensure successful business growth.

Food Business Coach

Sunshine Enterprises (SE) has 2 core programs: the Community Business Academy (CBA) and Business  Acceleration Services (BAS). The CBA is a twelve-session, 36-hour interactive course in business basics. The core of the BAS program is business coaching. Sunshine Enterprises is seeking business coaches to support our food-based clients. The Food-based business coach will work with graduates of SE who have food based businesses or in a related industry.

Food Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Food Project Manager to join our team. As the Food Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the BACP Early-Stage Food Incubator, including workshops, administration, access to capital support, and client resources. Your role will be crucial in organizing and executing workshops, events, coaching activities, and collaborations with vendors.
