Recruitment Coordinator (Bilingual), Community Business Academy
We are seeking a coordinator for the CBA Recruitment process across all geographic and industry specific CBA cohorts. This role supports the Recruitment Director. This position helps lead recruitment for the launch of all Community Business Academy (CBA) cohorts and supports recruitment for the Pathway to Enterprises for Returning Citizens (PERC) and Terra Firma programs.

Director, Community Business Academy
The CBA Director oversees Sunshine Enterprises’ (SE) Community Business Academy (CBA). This position manages the CBA operations team and CBA instructional teams to operate and grow the CBA cohorts. The CBA Director will ensure that the CBA delivers outcomes that align with SE’s strategic goals, including serving geographic hubs on the South, West and North Sides of the Chicagoland region and industry specialty hubs such as Arts & Makers, Tech & Digital, Property Developers, Construction Trades, Foodpreneur and the Spanish-speaking cohorts in the West Side Hub. The CBA Director also serves on the Leadership Committee of SE.
