Bilingual Spanish Community Business Academy Instructor
Sunshine Enterprises is seeking Spanish speaking, bilingual instructors to teach our Community Business Academy. The CBA Instructor position will provide facilitation and instruction for one session of the CBA and coaching for selected clients within the course. The CBA curriculum is designed for in-person but has also been facilitated online through the Digital Community Business Academy (DCBA). Within this position you will be working with many westside local businesses and entrepreneurs in collaboration with partners like; Puerto Rican Cultural Center, Instituto Del Progreso Latino, and more. NOTE: Seasonal position, approximately 6-15 hours per week.

We are seeking a coordinator for the CBA Recruitment process across all geographic and industry specific CBA cohorts. This role supports the Recruitment Director. This position helps lead recruitment for the launch of all Community Business Academy (CBA) cohorts and supports recruitment for the Pathway to Enterprises for Returning Citizens (PERC) and Terra Firma programs.
